Mike Dirnt, bassist of Green Day. I have huge respect for this guy. He's a great musician but I feel he's bit of an unsung hero, but bassists generally are, which sucks. Like his band mate, Billie Joe, he's an excellent lyricist and awesome family man. His wife was diagnosed with cancer a few months back and ever since Mike has shown support and encouragement to her and stuck by her throughout everything.

Mike can play a few instruments (very well) and can also sing. He actually has a pretty decent voice so it's nice to hear him sing on some songs.
He is also a nice genuine guy who appreciates the support fans give. He even replies to some fans via twitter which is amazing for him to spend time doing.
His sense of humour is amazing, he comes out with some funny saying and cracks some jokes.
And last but not least his laugh is just the most awesome thing EVER!
