Rocktober - Challenge Day 6

Idol number 6 today is.............Slash!

What guitarist doesn't like Slash? I mean seriously the guy is a genius.

I didn't know what to think when he announced he was doing a solo album, I was sceptical. I thought he would never be able to beat the work he did with Guns 'N' Roses. The solo album actually worked and thanks to Slash I found Myles Kennedy.

 

 

 

I'm a big Les Paul fan so seeing his guitars is just heaven for me. They sound amazing.

I was lucky enough to see Slash on my 18th birthday, what a way to celebrate! I can't wait to see him live again.

 

This guy is so talented. Seeing some videos online of acoustic and electric performances. Sweet Child O Mine is an example, the acoustic version is just pretty much faultless. Near enough everyone knows that riff.

Slash is just a mega cool dude, that's all I can say really!
